House Rules

Hot Tub / Jacuzzi We have an outdoor hot tub available for your use. The water has been treated and is properly balanced. If used following these instructions there should be no need for additional maintenance visits. NOTE: Hot tub set to ~101-102F. Increasing the temperature may result in burns. Also, once temperature is increased, lowering the temperature can only happen if the outdoor temperature is lower than the water temperature (i.e. just because the down arrow is selected to lower the water temperature doesn't mean it will cool off immediately. There is no cooling unit on a hot tub;) - Please also pay special attention to the safety rules which are located on the unit. - Please shower before using the hot tub to remove make-up, sunscreen, insect repellent and other oil-based products. - Only clean swimwear may be worn in the spa as the chemicals in the water will remove colored dyes found in ordinary clothing, causing them to leach into the water and turn cloudy. - No infants or toddlers in the spa. - Leave the hot tub cover on when unsupervised. - No glass in the hot tub. - No smoking/vaping in or around the hot tub. - People with cuts or external infections should not use the hot tub. Hot tubs that require excessive cleaning will be emptied and cleaned at the expense of the guest and may deny you the use of the tub for at least 24 hours. Our hot tubs are on a regular cleaning schedule. On rare occasions, you may not be able to use the tub for a short time after it has been serviced. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is necessary to keep the tubs sanitized.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Our hosts provided everything we needed to have a comfy, cozy, romantic getaway, down to the spa which was heated prior to our arrival. The huge deck was a wonderful area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sunshine while listening to the babbling brook below. The only downside was the unpaved road leading up to the property. There were several low spots that ended up muddy and filled with water after the recent rains. The tires on our sedan were caked with mud after going through a bad section of that road.

Everything was 10/10. Kitchen is beautiful. Views were perfect! It felt very private but still close to civilization. The one thing that may be an inconvenience for others is the mud puddles coming in, we were hesitant that we may get stuck but were able to drive right through it, & it probably isn’t a real big issue or I’m sure it would be filled in.

Location was beautiful and cabin had everything you could need. Road to get there was extremely bumpy idk if a car would make it. Also no curtains so be ready to wake up soon as sun rises.

I’m a Disabled Combat Veteran and definitely needed a great place to stay and this was it. I had a great stay. No one else was around. Using a Key to unlock and lock from outside and the inside.

The home was absolutely stunning, from the high ceilings to the cement floors. Every inch of the property was aesthetically pleasing, clean, cozy, and well thought out. Everything you could have possibly needed was provided. Seen so many different types of wildlife while visiting as well. The spacing of the cables on the steps and balcony for small children were unsafe. Would recommend closer spacing or bars.
